ONGUR&PARTNERS has been representing a leading worldwide Spanish defence and technology group company for several public procurement processes and the realization of PPP projects in Turkey. One of the projects they undertook is entitled “Renovation and Rehabilitation of Aviation Radar Systems for 18 Airports in Turkey and TRNC”. Within the framework of this project, we created a clear legal strategy to avoid legal problems and advised the client on Turkish Contract Law, Labor Law, Procurement Law and Environmental Law during the implementation of the project. Our mindset was the protection of the company from any unexpected legal or financial risks and we secured their investments during the implementation phase.
